PALM SUGAR ( ORGANIC SWEETENER )

Palm sugar made by 100 % unprocessed and contains no preservatives. The Glycemic Index (GI) value is 35, . For comparison, the commercial Agaves has GI 42, Honeys are GI 55 and Cane Sugars are GI 68 and especially high in Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Iron and natural source of the vitamins B1,B2,B3 and C. Palm Sugar has a nutritional content far richer than all other commercial sweeteners.
